Description
Even if we try to write a text about this property, the description would fall short. Es Barrancs is a seventeenth century dream that you won't want to wake up from. It is a 600 m2 finca restored and located in one of those romantic movie environments, within the Sóller valley about 2 km from the town. It has approximately 250,000 m2 of land, the entire property is surrounded by beautiful olive, orange and lemon trees, palm trees, fruit trees and orchards that will leave you speechless (the fresh and country aroma of this place from early in the morning cannot be described in words It is something you have to experience and the only thing we can tell you is that you would spend hours on one of its terraces enjoying the smell, the silence and peace). Built around an authentic interior patio with an original olive press dining room. It also has other extras to ensure you enjoy a perfect stay: cinema and billiard room, tennis court, three kitchens, and an impressive 1,600 m2 pavilion with swimming pool, barbecue and kitchen.
The finca consists of 6 bedrooms. There are also two additional apartments available on request and at an additional cost. House can be either 8 Bedroom or 9 Bedroom including Pool Apartment at a extra nightly cost and would sleep 18 in total. If you like hiking from the house you can enjoy incredible routes. The Sóller valley and the Port are located half an hour from the Palma de Mallorca airport and are very well communicated with its own railway and tram. The valley and the mountains that surround it, "La Serra de Tramuntana", are the favorite destination of curious travelers from all over the world, especially those who love hiking, nature, culture, water sports, gastronomy or simply to rest, away from the tourist bustle of other popular places.

The main house features six double bedrooms. There are also two independent apartments avalable under request.
- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, it has a four-poster king-sized bed (1.80m), a sitting area, a large wardrobe space, an en-suite bathroom (bathtub and separate shower) and access to a courtyard as well as a small private terrace
- Bedroom 2: Four-poster bed (1.60m) with en-suite bathroom (bathtub/shower), this room has access from the courtyard and is also connected to bedroom 1
