This incredible 600-year-old historic property has been renovated maintaining its essence while offering luxury, comfort and incredible charming corners. Es Jardins is a truly unique and authentic property steeped in history and bohemian Ibiza. It has a spacious outdoor of 10,000 m2 surrounded by incredible vegetation, a large swimming pool (14m x 6m), jacuzzi, lovely terraces and several areas to relax and enjoy to the fullest at any time of the day. The pool is set in beautiful, mature gardens, looks over the olive trees to the distant mountains.
There are so many options to bask in the sun or chill in the shade. If you’re entertaining guests, there are lovely areas for al-fresco dining and barbecues as well as Badminton, games, pool toys and a high fidelity soundsystem – Yamaha Musiccast Wifi. There is also a security gate to help protect small children It has a total of 6 double bedrooms and five bathrooms distributed throughout the property, some with separate entrances. The living room is more than 500 years old, with an open fireplace, selection of art and design books, and comfy couches, this is the perfect place to unwind. The living room joins rooms 1,2,3 & 6 as well as the interior kitchen.The property has two kitchens: summertime kitchen, adjacent to the barn, is ideal for catering to larger groups. and family kitchen, located in the main house. The wooden ceilings and blackened walls bear testament to the centuries it has served as a kitchen. Additionally, the property has a summer living room a large renovated space of 70 m2 adjacent to the patio and connected to the summer-time kitchen, the barn is an excellent room for entertaining guests. Es Jardins is also available for special events and celebrations (don't hesitate to ask us for all the details).

Distribution
The main house is distributed over one floor.
- Bedroom 1: master suite (45 m2) opens onto its own salon and private terrace. King size bed (180×200) possiblity to add an extra bed, Sleeps up to 3. Ensuite bathroom with shower & double sink. Private balcony, air conditioning and central heating
- Bedroom 2: large twin room, (25 m2) with views out to the olive grove and gardens. This room is ideal for children or for anyone else that requires two single beds. The bathroom (shower) is shared with bedroom 6. Fan and electric heater.
- Bedroom 3: large and cozy double room(27 m2) with ensuite bathroom (shower), low wooden ceilings and a touch of the original stonework remind us of years gone by. Fan, central heating and desk.
- Bedroom 4: large room (26 m2) with double bed that can be made into a twin upon request. Ensuite bathroom with shower. Separate from the main house, with a door opening onto a patio, just a few steps away from the pool. Air conditioning and Central heating.
- Bedroom 5: large double room (24 m2) with double bed that can be made into a twin upon request. Ensuite bathroom with shower. Separate from the main house, it provides more privacy than the interior rooms. The door opens out onto a small patio, just a few steps away from the pool. Air conditioning and Central heating
- Bedroom 6: colourful double room with it’s own salon. This very large double bedroom (42 m2) consists of two separate rooms and boasts a wooden olive press dating back to the 19th century. It connects to the main living room but has its own entrance from the central patio. The room shares a bathroom with bedroom 2. Fan and central heating

The security deposit required is 2.000 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
