The house has been completely renovated maintaining its traditional architecture, with a stone facade and local chestnut wood carpentry, but the real surprise is inside, where you can appreciate the love in each space, extremely cozy and where comfort is guaranteed. . Equipped with bamboo parquet flooring, ideal for walking barefoot, and designer furniture in oak wood.
Located in La Focella, an idyllic mountain village, with a beautiful lagoon and what is, in turn, a good viewpoint of the mountains of the Páramo river valley. It is located in the surroundings of the Montegrande beech forest, and can be accessed from Páramo, on the road to Puerto de la Ventana. From La Focella, you can take hiking routes such as the Navariegas brañas or the Xiblu waterfall. La Focella sits in a wonderful natural environment, the Las Ubiñas-La Mesa Natural Park, a Biosphere Reserve and Natura 2000 Network. It is without a doubt a territory that is respectfully lived and preserved, and away from overcrowding.
The house is distributed over two floors and is ideal for couples or families with one or two children, as it has an extra bed in the main bedroom and a sofa bed. The ground floor has a complete and bright kitchen, living room and bathroom. The upper floor houses the master bedroom, with a king size bed, a full bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a spectacular restored ceiling with chestnut beams and skylights so you can enjoy the beauty of the starry sky at night, and from your bed you will be able to contemplate the lagoon of the town and the immense green landscape of the natural park La Mesa Las Ubiñas. It is equipped with aerothermal central heating, an efficient system so that you can stay comfortable and warm on cold winter days. Outside, there is a nice patio with a table and benches in front of the house for games and meals, and a large area of outdoor tables in front, with dreamlike views.
