The house has one of the most privileged views of the entire island that includes views of the marina, the mountains and incredible sunsets. Located in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle and at the same time within walking distance of all shops, restaurants and beaches, it is the ideal option if you are looking for a place where you don't need a vehicle. Distributed on several levels, the main floor brings together different spaces where you will be able to enjoy with family and friends: dining room, open kitchen, 2 terraces and a TV room. The lower level has 4 en-suite bedrooms, all with lovely views to the port de Sóller and access to the terrace. The master suite is located upstairs, and you're going to love this bedroom! It has impressive sea views on both sides of the room, en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a large private terrace. Outside there are several terraces where you can enjoy at any time of the day and a designer saltwater pool. La Veranda is an absolutely spectacular place, designed with great taste and to offer you the greatest comfort throughout your stay. It is available throughout the year as it has all the necessary facilities, such as underfloor heating, installed air conditioning and high speed wifi.
Port de Sóller in north west Mallorca is a picturesque, small coastal village which has become well known and popular particularly due to its historic tram, large bay with protected harbour and scenic surroundings. As an old fishing harbour, it is also a great place to eat fish and seafood and the well-equipped marina is the perfect starting point for yacht and sailing trips to neighbouring bays such as Sa Calobra.
