Description
Just by looking at the pictures you can get a little idea of how cozy Petit Mestre is at any time of the year, whether you want to enjoy a summer in one of the most charming towns on the island, or if you want to enjoy during winter and the numerous hiking or cycling routes offered by the Serra de Tramuntana. This traditional Mallorcan house was originally used as a school. Renovated at the end of 2011 with contemporary furniture but preserving its original character and details such as its wooden beams, terracotta floors and even an original well that is still a feature of the kitchen. It features a portable AC in the master bedroom and living room. The views from the roof terrace are spectacular, it is undoubtedly one of our favorite areas of the house, for its privacy and the calm that it breathes. Another place that you are going to love is the patio, one of those places where you will want to be most of the day.
Surrounded by vegetation and native stone, very private and with a Jacuzzi. Located in the heart of Deià. There is no better way to soak up the bohemian spirit of Deià than to walk along its streets with the relaxing sound of the water of the Racó torrent as background music. Its geographical position and the sunny climate give Deià the spectacle of the sunset almost every afternoon. As a matter of fact, the viewpoint of Son Marroig, between Cala Deià and Caló de s’Estaca with views of the Sa Foradada rock, is one of the best points from which to see it. There are not many places that are not crowded with tourists on the island of Majorca, but the pleasant cala de Deià is one of the best bets to enjoy a quiet day at the beach. The beach is rather small and full of pebbles, but the landscape is exceptional and its only few kilometers away. You are going to love staying here.
Distribution
The main house is distributed over three floors. There are three bedrooms located in the main floor.
- Bedroom 1: master bedrooms with a king-sized bed, dressing room, working fireplace, bathroom with a spacios walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2: master bedrooms with king-sized bed, bathroom with a bathtub
- Bedroom 3: double bed with queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower

The check in to the villa is from 4:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am
Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 400 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
Cleaning service:
Final cleaning included. For stays longer than seven days there is an additional mid-week cleaning included.
Linen and towel change:
Linen and towel change included (once per week)
