It is located in a very quiet residential area just 3 km from Canyelles beach, 5 km from the center of Lloret de Mar and 10 km from Tossa de Mar, a beautiful walled medieval town with a castle, excellent restaurants and incredible beaches. It is undoubtedly one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava that we recommend you to visit because you are going to love it. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful beach on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Parasols and sun loungers can be hired, as well as activities such as pedaling, parasailing, waterskiing and canoeing. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants.
The house has a maximum capacity for 6 people, private pool and stunning sea views. It has also several outdoor terrace areas where you can enjoy the views of the bay while enjoying lunch and dinner in the upper floor dinning area or you can also have a nice dinner in the lovely outdoor dinning area which is located next to the pool. Other extras you can find is the outdoor parking, private garden, and a play area for children. The interior has an open concept design joining the living room and kitchen area offering a super comfortable stay and is divided into three levels. It has 2 double rooms (1.80mx2m and 1.40mx2m), 1 room with bunk beds, as well as an office. It is only rented to families. Sa Serra is one of those villas that captivates you as soon as you enter and in which you will feel at home

The key delivery will take place in the office in Lloret de Mar between 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Departure is before 10:00 am. Bookings only from Friday to Friday
Security Deposit:
The security required for this property is 600 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
Cleaning service:
Final cleaning (obligatory) not included. Additional cost of 120 Euros to be paid upon arrival during the check in
Ecotasa:
Ecotasa not included in the price - 1,00€ per person and per day (for a maximum of 7 days) not applicable to children under 16 years - Payment due on arrival
