At just 18 years old, he began his studies at the Alicante cooking school and shortly after finishing, at the age of 19, he began his professional career, passing through several restaurants specialized in Spanish and international cuisine.

Born in Alcoy (Alicante), over the course of 20 years, Pablo has accumulated a background of a large experience that today allows him to delight anyone who tries his cuisine. In his kitchen you can appreciate a waste of imagination, work, provocation and an innate talent, which is characterized by the fusion of various cuisines and full of nuances.
It is difficult to determine what his specialty is since his background has led him to work in different style restaurants and very varied gastronomy: from the creation of Pintxos, with a clear influence of Basque haute cuisine, preparation of rice dishes in all its versions, and Asian cuisine after passing through Thailand, where he has had the opportunity to study at the exclusive The Blue Elephant cooking school in Bangkok and other destinations such as Japan or Vietnam.
