This is a very charming Villa with a unique structure, characteristic of the architecture of the houses in Formentera, made of square shapes that manages to blend harmoniously with the vegetation, surrounded by nature and a great diversity of plants. The house consists of 190 square meters distributed on one floor and a private land of 15,000 square meters with a private swimming pool. Inside, all the details create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where typical island furniture is combined with more contemporary accessories and modern comforts. The result is a boho-chic atmosphere, perfectly aligned with the style and character of the island, keeping intact the core of Formentera's traditions. Located in the area of Es Cap de Barberia, bordering a forest and with wonderful views of the fields of Formentera and the island of Ibiza. Very close to some of the most popular beaches such as Mitjorn or Cala Saona, a meeting place for sunsets and a few minutes from Sant Francesc.
Distribution
The main house is distributed on one floor. It has two bedrooms in the main house and a guest bedroom located in a separate annex with a private entrance.
- Bedroom 1: Master (queen) with bathroom en suite (shower) ceiling fan, walk in closet and views to the countryside
- Bedroom 2: (4 singles) with bathroom en suite (shower) children room, ceiling fan and views to the countryside
- Bedroom 3: (2 single/double) with bathroom en suite (shower) with views to the countryside. Situated in the annex with and independent access from the main house

The security deposit varies depending on the length of stay. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa.
