The villa is located on a hill with easy access, very private and just 5 from Cala Bassa, one of the most beautiful beaches in Ibiza for its fine sand and calm turquoise waters that resemble those of a huge swimming pool.
In addition to being an ideal beach for practicing water sports, it is very comfortable since on the beach you will find the CBBC restaurant-beach club where the specialty is fusion cuisine, the food is very elaborate and has a good gourmet design that will make that you want to repeat. In addition to Cala Bassa, you can visit other beaches famous for their sunsets such as Cala Conta, Cala Tarida or Sa Codolar which are a short drive from the villa. It is an ideal area to enjoy the true essence and paradisiacal beaches of the island. The villa has 6 double bedrooms, with the capacity to accommodate up to 12 people, but if you would like to invite more friends, Es Rafal is a very short distance away, which can also accommodate 11 more people. The main house is split into three different levels.
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (90 x 200cm) placed together, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Main floor
- Bedroom 2: two single beds placed together, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. Main floor
- Bedroom 3: The master bedroom with a king-sized bed (180 x 200cm), an en-suite bathroom including a Jacuzzi style bathtub and a shower, a closet, private terrace and a small annexed study. Has unbeatable panoramic views and a private terrace, the bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub that looks out over the ocean. First floor
- Bedroom 4: (guest room located in the lower level with independent entrance), two single beds (90 x 200cm) placed together and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5: (guest room located in the lower level with independent entrance), two single beds (90 x 200cm) placed together and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 6: (guest room located in the lower level with independent entrance), two single beds (90 x 200cm) placed together and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 3.000 Euros It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
