This cozy family villa is built on a 5,100 m2 plot with a magnificent garden and private heated pool, making it ideal to enjoy at any time of the year. Its orientation offers an incredible view over the golf course, the hills and the sunset. It has five double en-suite bedrooms and an additional apartment with two bedrooms to accommodate a total of up to 14 people. The villa has all kinds of details to guarantee you a perfect stay: library with fireplace, living room with fireplace, TV room, kitchen with dining room, office with bathroom, gym and cinema room with wine cellar. The main house is distributed over three floors.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (1.60 cm) and toilet (without shower)
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (1.80 cm) - en-suite bathroom and dressing room
- Bedroom 3: with double bed (1.80 cm) - bathroom en suite and dressing room
- Bedroom 4: (Master suite) double bed (1.80 cm) - en-suite bathroom, dressing room and terrace
- Bedroom 5: double bed (1.80 cm) - with en-suite bathroom and dressing room.
- Bedrooms 6 and 7: (staff/guest apartment) with kitchen, living room, shower and separate entrance.

Security deposit:
The security deposit varies depending on the length of stay. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
