Description
An idyllic refuge with magnificent views in a rural setting ideal for relaxing. La Candeleda is a beautiful bohemian-style house that involves you with a positive energy, optimism and a large dose of calm at first glance. Located just an hour and a half from Madrid ideal to enjoy a getaway. The property has a distribution of communicated common areas, using natural materials and casual finishes. Accompanied by a half-chic, half-wild beautiful garden with local vegetation, a private saltwater pool with an area of hammocks and massage jets. There are also three large chill out beds and a little wood house for the little ones.
The house is ideal for families with children, you will be delighted to know that it has an organic garden, free-range chickens, a family of donkeys. The rest areas are small private oases designed for you to relax. In all the environments the same intention of integrating nature within the house is preserved, based on natural woods and vegetation of the environment. The simplicity and quiet lifestyle of this inland area of Spain is transferred to the bedrooms through decoration, taking care of every last detail.
Without a doubt, the living room is the most spectacular space in the house with its impressive windows, direct access to the garden and views of the entire environment. It is a 100 m2 space with solid wood ceilings, two fireplaces, a rustic solid oak table with natural rattan design chairs and an integrated cinema system with a 65-inch television. The kitchen is for the exclusive use of La Candeleda staff and is fully equipped to offer you a slow-food meal so that you do not have to take care of anything other than enjoying yourself. It has a total of five bedrooms with capacity for 10 people (although if you have guests do not hesitate to contact us as the property has extra space)
If you are thinking of celebrating your wedding or any other type of event, La Candeleda is the ideal place for any type of meeting, team building, birthday, etc. where you will be able to enjoy a natural environment throughout its six hectares!
Distribution
The house is distributed over one floor. It has a total of five bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Netflix, underfloor heating and cooling. Domotics, music by Smart phone, Egyptian cotton sheets and fireplace (except for the children's room for security).
- Bedroom 1: master bedroom (50 m2). Double bed, cozy and elegant style. Views of El Rosarito Reservoir and the forest, direct access to the garden and pool, dressing room, sitting area by the fireplace and a spacious bathroom with double shower and retro-style bathtub.
- Bedroom 2: (36m2) located next to the main bedroom. Double bed, with a warm design and access to the outdoor fountain surrounded by orange and lemon trees. Private bathroom with a large shower.
- Bedroom 3: (25 m2) double bed and romantic design, with two-sided fireplace that separates the sitting area and that of the private bathroom (retro-style bathtub), views of the garden.
- Bedroom 4: (30 m2). spacious bedroom with large windows and beautiful views of the garden. Double bed with private bathroom and small living area with cowhide and wood armchairs ideal for relaxing or reading.
- Bedroom 5: (25 m2) double bed and large private bathroom. It has a nice and cozy decoration, views of the countryside and access to the garden both from the bedroom and from its large private bathroom.
