Passivhaus houses are an example of sustainability, it is a standard for the construction of houses that are characterized by having great thermal insulation, rigorous infiltration control, and maximum indoor air quality, in addition to taking advantage of the sun's energy for a better air conditioning, reducing energy consumption by 70% (over conventional constructions). The indoor air is healthier, the internal ventilation process of the passive house is natural and the interior quality is superior compared to a conventional house and they enjoy maximum acoustic comfort. It has a very privilege location and we have no doubt that you will fall in love with the landscape. It is located in the municipality of Valdoviño in the northwest of the Galician coast, very popular for its beaches, being very popular among surfers. Among them, the A Frouxeira sandy area, which is about 3.5 km long, and the Pantín beach stand out, where the Pantín Classic, an international surfing championship, is held annually every September.
The A Frouxeira lagoon is an outstanding ecosystem of great ornithological value as it is a resting place for migratory birds and for the breeding of some species of birds. Just 1 km from the property, you can enjoy the best cuisine at A Saiña Restaurant, where we recommend you try its famous grilled octopus and "percebes". The property consists of 8000 m2 and is surrounded by eucalyptus forests. It enjoys magnificent views of the Valdoviño beach, also called A Frouxeira. The house has two floors, a spacious living room and kitchen from where you can access to a large terrace with spectacular views of its landscape. It has a total of six bedrooms and is the ideal option if you want to rest, enjoy nature and get to know the north of Spain.

The security deposit varies depending on the length of stay. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
