Description
If you are planning a getaway to the north of Spain and you want to enjoy a stay in a unique and charming place, you are going to love this property. The stone walls that surround this typical Asturian country house speak of history to anyone who decides to spend a few days at La Posada. The house dates back to the 18th century and has been restored, decorated and furnished to a high standard and with great taste. It has a large exterior of 10,000 square meters surrounded by fruit trees and an a beautiful garden to enjoy the pure and fresh air that the place offers. In the house there is an old barn that has been converted into a games room equipped with all the facilities (table football, darts, billiards, etc.). Inside is the living room with its own fireplace, a bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen and connected by a brick arch to the dining room. On the first floor there is another living room with a balcony overlooking the garden, three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.
Its location is ideal for nature lovers, located in Lledias, at the foot of the mountains of the Picos de Europa mountain range and five minutes from the coast. We recommend exploring the surroundings and participating in the some activities, such as trout and salmon fishing, horse riding, climbing and our favorite, hiking. Within walking distance is La Posada de Llanes, a small town with several bars, restaurants and other services. Some of the towns that deserve a mandatory stop are Llanes and Ribadesella where you can taste excellent seafood.

The main house is distributed over three floors
- Bedroom 1: two single beds together (0.90 x 1.90 m). Bathroom with shower, with separate entrance. First floor
- Bedroom 2: three single beds (0.90 x 2 m) and bathroom en suite. First floor
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (0.90 x 2 m) and bathroom with bathtub shared with room 4. Second floor
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (0.90 x 2 m) and bathroom with bathtub shared with room 3. Second floor
ANNEX
Little house with separate entrance, distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room of more than 100 m2 with a fireplace and a pool table. On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms (only available on request)
- Bedroom 5: double bed (1.50 x 2 m) with four en suite bathrooms
- Bedroom 6: two single beds (0.90 x 2 m)
