Can Aigua is the perfect house if you are traveling with your family and young children. It is fully equipped and prepared so that the little ones can enjoy. Located on a 10,000 m2 plot, with a beautiful garden divided into different areas to enjoy at any time of the day and a children's playground with swings, a trampoline & two wendy houses to keep the children amused. The property is huge and designed so that all guests have their own privacy, so if you are traveling with another family or friends, this is your best option. It consists of 6 bedrooms and capacity to accommodate up to 12 people. The main floor has two double bedrooms. The rest of the rooms are in the garden, with independent access and in fact two of them are connected to each other. But Can Aigua is not only a practical and comfortable house, but also beautiful, decorated in white tones and designer furniture with Ibizan details integrating perfectly with the environment. One of our favorite areas is the pool, where there is a nice chill out, kitchen, barbecue and outdoor dinning area. The pool is divided into three sections: main pool, children's pool and Jacuzzi. There is also an indoor gym.
It is an exceptional villa where in addition to privacy you will be able to wake up every morning with spectacular views of the landscape and the sea. Its location is top, halfway between Es Cubells and Es Porroig, and only 16 km from the center of Ibiza. 10 minutes away you can enjoy a cocktail at Blue Marlin Beach Club or a delicious paella at the Tropicana Restaurant, in Cala Jondal.
Distribution
The main house is distributed on two levels. On the first level or main floor, there are two bedrooms. The rest of the bedrooms (4) are located on a lower level with access from the garden and an independent entrance, offering total privacy among guests.
