The property has 2,500 m2 of fully landscaped and well-kept areas with a waterfall, an artificial river, a fish pond, a chill-out area and an infinite number of possibilities to relax and enjoy maximum privacy. The villa (1116m2) is equipped with the latest technology available (GIRA), remote control of lights, blinds, central heating and air conditioning. Staying at Can Ametllers you will also be able to enjoy other extras such as a gym of more than 100 m2, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath (hamman) and an incredible arcade room equipped with table football, pool table, arcade machine (35,000 games) , Ping Pong table, Air Hockey table, electronic darts and Pinball machine to enjoy in a big way! It also has a garage for two cars and an electric car charger.
Divided into 6 floors, all connected by a main elevator and glass staircase, it has 6 bedrooms and the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people and a baby. The fifth floor houses the common areas such as the living room, equipped with a beautiful Arabic-style sofa by Roche Bobois. and 87” television and kitchen. Thanks to its location, the house is also a great option for filming and shooting.

Relevant information

The check in to the villa is from 5:00 pm and departure before 11:00 am
Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 5.000 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
Cleaning service:
Daily cleaning included (6 days a week - except Sunday, from 9:00 to 15:00/day)
Linenand towel change:
Linen and towel change not included (extra change is 50€/linen & towel)
Heated pool:
In high season, May and September can have heated swimming pool with an extra cost. Confirm price
Minimum stay:
Stays of at least 4 nights are accepted during September to May. Confirm price
