Go back in time and enjoy a memorable stay at Masia Can Rius, a beautiful 15th century country house that has been recently restored with all kinds of luxury amenities and equipment without losing its essence. Each element of the property has been created respecting the uniqueness and guaranteeing comfort. The villa has a large and beautiful 7,000 square meter garden, and a main house distributed on two floors that includes five suites, two living rooms, a dining room with a fireplace, a television area and an modern designed kitchen. Each of the five bedrooms has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Beds can be separated or combined to form king size beds. From Masia Can Rius, you can walk to the center of Alella, where you will find shops, restaurants, a park, and bus service to the center of Barcelona. By car, you are less than 10 minutes from the wide stretch of Montgat beach, worthy of a honeymoon, or about 20 minutes from the popular beaches closest to the city center. Even if you want to relax, a day trip to the city is worth taking for its fabulous architecture and memorable cuisine.
The location is great as it is close to the city, in a very quiet residential area. You can walk to the center of Alella, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, a park and bus service to the center of Barcelona. Montgat Beach is less than 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal refuge if you want to know Barcelona, be near the sea and enjoy total privacy in a unique property. Relaxation is guaranteed since the villa has a saltwater pool, incredible outdoor terraces and if you also want to practice sports, from the property you can access a paddle tennis court and community pool. You're going to love it.
