Can Pere is a special house, built inside an old barn and cattle barn of which only the 40-centimeter-thick stone walls remained. The house is completely open to the south and to the views, with large windows and a large outdoor area located in what had been the old threshing floor (the place where the grain was dried). It currently has 2 large suite rooms located on the first floor with impressive views towards Vic and the Montseny massif. On the ground floor, with direct connection to the outside, you will find a single space with a kitchen, dining room and living room. Outside, the imposing dining table with a capacity for 24 people stands out, which is made from the trunk of a single oak tree and is fantastic for holding family gatherings.
Can Pere is part of the set of three houses that make up the Masia de Bellmunt, an extraordinary property located at the foot of the Bellmunt mountain range, in the Vall del Ges, whose origins date back to the 15th century. With fantastic views over the Vic plain and the Montseny massif, the estate was completely renovated in 2002, maintaining its essence, respecting the elements of traditional architecture and with criteria of efficiency and ecology. The property is made up of three independent accommodations ideal for disconnecting for a few days with family or friends, sharing large common spaces, play areas and gardens but at the same time enjoying the privacy offered by each of the houses with independent outdoor spaces, also available for celebration of events (contact us to know all the details about this option). The property has almost 30,000 m2 of private, fenced space and 100 hectares of land where you will find cows, horses, chickens, orchards and a natural lake. In the surroundings you can carry out a multitude of activities, from bike rides or horseback riding through the network of paths of Bellmunt and the Vall del Ges, to bathing in the nearby rivers, visits to the architectural heritage of Ripollés or the volcanic area of La Garrotxa, a true natural paradise.
