If you want to enjoy a holiday in Costa Brava with views of the sea and on the beachfront, Villa Mirador is the ideal place. It is located on the coastal path between Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell, considered one of the most beautiful and charming areas of the Costa Brava. Its privileged location offers spectacular views of the beach and the port of Llafranc. It is a completely renovated house with a maximum capacity for 8 people. The house is distributed over 4 floor and the interior design is absolutely beautiful equipped with a very comfortable furniture and the views are breathtaking. On the lower floor there is a small jetty from where you can access Llafranc beach (access by door with code).
It also includes a garage that is located just 200 meters from the property. Llafranc is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava that stands out for its beautiful beach with clear and crystalline water, its pine-covered promenade and its nautical port. A few minutes walk along the coastal path, we recommend that you visit Calella de Palafurgell, a beautiful fishing village and one of the most charming places in the area. You are going to love staying here.
Distribution
The property is distributed over 4 floors. The main floor consists of a living-dining room and kitchen distributed in a single space and two bedrooms. From the main floor there are three lower levels with a double bedroom on each of them. In the last lower level there is a door from where you access the beach.
- Bedroom 1: suite with double bed (180x190cm) and en suite bathroom with shower. Main floor
- Bedroom 2: 2 beds (90x190cm). Bathroom with shower. Main floor
- Bedroom 3: double bed (160x190cm) bathroom with shower and sea views. Lower level 1
- Bedroom 4: double bed (160x190cm) bathroom with shower, terrace and sea views. Lower level 2
Relevant information
Check in - Check out:
The keys to the villa will be handed over at the local Llafranc office between 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Departure before 10:00 am. Reservations only from Friday to Friday.
Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 1,000 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
Cleaning service:
Final cleaning (mandatory) not included in the rent. Additional cost of 200 Euros to be paid on arrival during check in
Ecotax:
Ecotax not included in the price. € 1.00/person per day (with a maximum of 7 days), does not apply to children under 16 years of age. Paid on arrival
