The highlights of the villa are its beautiful terraces and gardens that merge with its more than 120,000 square meters of private forest that surrounds it. It has a play area for children with a slide and swings, and an infinity pool (10m x 3m) with its decked lounge area and chic sails for shade is an ideal place to forget about the worries of the world, enjoy a good read or simply listen to the sound of the sea and the nature that surrounds the property. Just 3 minutes walking through the forest you will arrive at Cala Xucla, a beautiful beach to enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of the day.
Can Xucla consists of two adjoining Ibizan-style houses, both distributed over two floors. The main house consists of 3 large bedrooms and balconies with stunning views. A large living room with a central fireplace presides over the main floor from where there is access to the Moroccan-style garden on one side and views of the sea on the other side. The annex house consists of 3 double bedrooms and retains many of its original features. It also has its own kitchen, living area and private terrace with extensive views of the sea.
