The exterior has a private saltwater pool, designer hammocks and a beautiful chill out area with sea views perfect for relaxing (take your mojito, sunscreen, take a deep breath and enjoy the aroma of the local vegetation that surrounds the villa and enjoy the breeze from sea). The property is an authentic festival of colors typical of the island: the white, the gray of the stones and the green of its nature ... It has a fantastic and beautiful covered porch to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors with your friends and family while you admire the changing colors of the Mediterranean Sea. The living room has a large size, with glass doors that open completely to the outside making this space even more welcoming. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an adjoining dining area with a table for 6 people. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and is ideal for families or small groups; The master bedroom is on the first floor (the views from this room are even more impressive). It has a separate entrance and is accessed from the outside through stairs. There are two double bedrooms on the main floor, and a fourth bedroom located in a separate annex ideal if you have guests. The main house is distributed over two floors. It has three bedrooms in the main house and an annex with a separate entrance. The master bedroom has a separate entrance and is accessed from an outside staircase.

The check in to the villa is from 4:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am
Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 5.000 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
Cleaning service:
Daily cleaning included (3 hours/day - except Sunday)
Linenand towel change:
Linen and towel change included (once a week - Saturday)
Garden and pool maintenance:
Garden and pool maintenance included (once a week - Wednesday).
Minimum stay:
Stays of at least 5 nights are accepted during low and mid season.
