We welcome you to Pere Gran, an original house from the 15th century of great architectural and historical value in which a major reform was carried out in 2004, maintaining the traditional style of stone walls and wooden ceilings with big beams. It has a total area of 250 m2 distributed over two floors. The ground floor consists of two differentiated living room spaces, one in the fireplace area and another games and TV room. Pere Gran is part of the set of three houses that make up the Masia de Bellmunt, an extraordinary property located at the foot of the Bellmunt mountain range, in the Vall del Ges, whose origins date back to the 15th century. With fantastic views over the Vic plain and the Montseny massif, the estate was completely renovated in 2002, maintaining its essence, respecting the elements of traditional architecture and with criteria of efficiency and ecology. The property is made up of three independent accommodations ideal for disconnecting for a few days with family or friends, sharing large common spaces, play areas and gardens but at the same time enjoying the privacy offered by each of the houses with independent outdoor spaces, also available for celebration of events (contact us to know all the details about this option). The property has almost 30,000 m2 of private, fenced space and 100 hectares of land where you will find cows, horses, chickens, orchards and a natural lake.
