From its sunsets to its seabed or its beaches, La Herradura is a small town near Almuñécar, with only 3,000 inhabitants. Fitted between the outcroppings of Cerro Gordo and Punta de la Mona, creating a natural horseshoe-shaped bay, the beach has 2 kilometers. This privileged layout, completely protected from the east and west winds, offers an ideal weather at any time of the year. La Herradura is one of the favorite destinations in Andalusia for diving and scuba diving lovers, considered one of the most privileged underwater settings in Spain, declared a Specially Protected Area by UNESCO. In addition to the beach and its crystal clear waters, you will love getting lost in the town, a place that gives way to silence and tranquility where we recommend you walk through its narrow passages, cobbled floors and areas where there the transport doesn't exist.
The property is located in a wonderful natural environment with incredible views that can be enjoyed from almost every room in the house as well as direct access to the sea. With a modern design, furniture of the highest quality and exquisite care in all the details. It is distributed on four levels and has an elevator to offer you greater comfort as well as having an open-plan configuration that offers ample spaces where you can enjoy comfortably. It has a total of four bedrooms, each one of them is spacious and bright, with abundant closets and beautiful views. Whether you are thinking of making a summer or winter getaway, you will be delighted to know that the villa has two swimming pools, one outdoor and one indoor, with salt water, pumped and filtered directly from the sea. Outside you can enjoy several terraces and plenty of garden space to lie in the sun and eat outdoors enjoying the privileged climate of the area to the fullest.
It is not your ideal home if you are thinking of staying for a short period of time because once inside, you will never want to leave there!
Distribution
The main house is distributed over 4 levels. On level 4 is the main access to the house, on this floor there is a laundry area and a service apartment equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower (available only on request).
- Bedroom 1: double bed and private bathroom (shower), access to a large terrace with sea views. Level 3
- Bedroom 2: double bed and bathroom en suite (shower), access to a large terrace with sea views. Level 3
- Bedroom 3: (ideal for children) Access through sliding door, equipped with a double futon, ensuite bathroom (shower) and sofa bed. Level 3
- Bedroom 4: double bed and bathroom with shower. This room has direct access to the outdoor pool.Level 2
