From this floor you can access the infinity pool where the water line merges with the horizon, producing a visual spectacle. Villa Nilo is your ideal option if you want to explore the island and make the most of it. Its location is perfect, just five minutes from the town of Jesus and ten minutes from Marina Ibiza port, the only place to do luxury shopping in Ibiza and the gastronomy hot spot, and magical nights at Lio Club Cabaret. This port is also the destination for nautical services, a plan that we recommend without a doubt is to rent a boat to get to know the island from the sea.
Distribution
The main house is distributed over three floors. It is accessed through the lower floor, where there is a large hall. The first floor houses a large space that features living room, dining area and kitchen. From this level you can also access the pool. On the second floor are the 4 bedrooms.
