Equipped with speakers and Olufsen TV and a system of iPads that allow controlling more than 40 light areas inside the villa and 50 outside. The living room is approximately 120 square meters and offers spectacular views of the sea. The Bulthaup kitchen and the dining room are two adjoining spaces that have everything you need so that you can eat while admiring one of the best views on the island. The 6 bedrooms have direct access to the terraces and have four en-suite bathrooms and a shared bathroom. Both day and night the immense pensil invites you to enjoy the surface of this property. The main house is spread over two floors. It has a total of four bedrooms and two guest suites with access from the outside. All the bedrooms between 15 and 50 m2 have designer furniture, air conditioning, individual Wi-Fi and access to the garden and pool.
