Brisa Mar is a townhouse with an exceptional location in one of the most exclusive areas of Llafranc and just 700 meters from the beach. It is the perfect place if what you are looking for is the comfort of having everything close without having to take the car and enjoy authentic holidays on the Costa Brava!
The property consists of three floors and a total of 3/4 bedrooms with a capacity to accommodate up to 8 people. The main floor consists of a living-dining room that, in addition to being a really cozy space, has a modern and warm design, with direct access to the garden where you will be able to enjoy incredible evenings. It has a fully equipped designer kitchen and a small room with a single bed. It is a very comfortable option, especially if you are traveling with one or two families, since the distribution of the bedrooms between the first and second floors is ideal. The first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a trundle bed, this bedroom can be separated by a sliding door, offering more privacy and has access to a small terrace. On the top floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with spectacular views. If you're traveling with staff, you'll be pleased to know that the property has a staff bedroom in the basement.
You will love the community outdoor area that has incredible gardens, swimming pool, tennis court and children's area!
Distribution
The property is distributed over three floors.
- Bedroom 1: Bedroom 1: single bed. Main floor
- Bedroom 2 & 3: double bed + trundle bed (can be separated with a sliding door to offer more privacy between guests). Access to terrace. First floor
- Bedroom 4: double bed with ensuite bathroom (shower) and dressing area. Access to terrace. Second floor
Relevant information
Check in - Check out:
The keys to the villa will be handed over at the local Llafranc office between 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Departure before 10:00 am. Reservations only from Friday to Friday.
Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 600 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
Cleaning service:
Final cleaning (mandatory) not included in the rent. Additional cost of 95 Euros to be paid on arrival during check in
