This is one of those Villas that you fall in love with as soon as you get out of the car and enter its garden. It is spacious, beautifully designed, very private and close to some of the most authentic and famous beaches on the island. It is just perfect. The house is located in Es Porroig. Just 1 minute by car you can enjoy an incredible meal in one of the trendy restaurants on the beach: Es Torrent Restaurant. If you want to enjoy an afternoon of Ibizan music while you relax in a comfortable balinese bed, Blue Marlin beach club in Cala Jondal is just 5 minutes away by car.
The property is also very close to the center of Ibiza. Located on a 30,000 m2 plot, Can Claddagh has a beautiful, well-kept garden, surrounded by tropical and native plants, a large infinity pool and different terraces with comfortable sofas to enjoy a good wine at sunset or if you prefer, a barbecue in the outdoor dining area, covered by a large wooden pergola, next to the pool. If you travel with children or teenagers, it is ideal, since it offers entertainment for all ages: it has a children's wooden playground, trampoline, target, ping pong table ... It is one of those houses where you don't want to go out. Inside, we find a large space that connects the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. It has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom occupies the entire upper floor from where you can access three terraces. Outside there are two large double bedrooms, both with private bathroom, designer sofa and independent entrance. One of them has also a small kitchenette and table. It is ideal for stays out of season like winter, as it has a heated pool and underfloor heating.

The main house is distributed over two floors. The top floor features a maser bedroom.

- Both have an independent access and are separate from the main house on a lower level. They have big sizes and direct access from the garden
