The property is fully fenced with electronic security gate. It has also one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the sunset we have never seen on the island. With 550 sqm of internal space, the villa features five elegant and spacious bedrooms, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen (the house has an additional staff kitchen including professional wine fridge). The exterior is simply fascinating and includes two outdoor dining areas and 3 professional designer bars.
In addition to all this, the location is simply perfect if you want to be one step away from the beach, since it is located a few minutes from Cala Tarida, on the west coast of the island, in the Sant Josep region. Distribution
The main house is distributed in one floor. Can Savina hosts five stylish super king bedrooms with en-suites ranging from 25 - 50 sqm, each with their own external terrace and bathroom equipped with Molton Brown toiletries, ceiling rain showers, feathered pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets. There are three extra single beds for children available upon request. Each bedroom is fully equipped with individual air conditioning/heating, Sonos or Bose systems, and remote-controlled blackout blinds for sleep and relaxation at any time of day.
