The exterior has a private pool (7m x 4m) and various terraces. The vegetation that surrounds the property: olive, cypress, orange and lemon trees, along with the abuganvilla that rises up the façade, invite you to enjoy and relax in the open air. The property consists of two floors and four bedrooms with capacity for eight people. It is the ideal option if you are looking for a traditional style house and want to discover the Sierra de Tramuntana. Deià is one of the most beautiful villages on the island and its mixture of tranquility and energy surprises. Its winding streets are home to a variety of restaurants, independent galleries and local craft shops, as well as a beautiful church overlooking the hilltop village. The five-star hotel La Residencia is located very close to the villa, and offers the opportunity to visit its restaurant, spa and tennis court.
Distribution
The main house is distributed over two floors
- Bedroom 1: master bedroom located at the end of the hall; It has a double four-poster bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a living room and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a shower and a bathtub. It has access to a small private terrace with views of the town of Deià and the sea. First floor
- Bedroom 2: double canopy bed (1.60m x 2.00m), en-suite bathroom with shower. First floor
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (0.90m x 1.90m), en suite bathroom with shower and views of Deià and the sea. First floor
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (0.90m x 1.90m), en suite bathroom with shower and views of Deià and the sea. First floor

The check in to the villa is from 4:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am
Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 2.000 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa

Linen and towel change included (once per week);
Minimum Stay:
Stays of at least 5 nights are accepted during low and mid season. Additional supplement of 350 Euros per night.
