This is a property that would undoubtedly be part of our list of favorite Villas on the island. Not only has a spectacular interior design that includes Majorcan stone and local details, very aligned with where it is located, its location is also exceptional and the ideal option to relax in the middle of a unique natural setting. The property is located in the residential area of Son Coll, which belongs to the town of Deià which is 12 minutes away by car. Located on the west coast of Mallorca, it is one of the most beautiful towns on the island.
Perched on a mountain and overlooking the Mediterranean, Deià has for many years been a magnet for famous artists and writers. Being one of the areas with the largest population in the Serra de Tramuntana, Deià has a landscape that is part of the World Heritage Site protected by UNESCO, so its nature, culture and traditions are present on a daily basis. The finca has a large and beautiful garden surrounded by fruit and olive trees. The pool area is beautiful and you can enjoy stunning views of the sea. It has a total of 4/5 bedrooms and several rooms to rest. It is one of those places full of comfort that you will never want to leave.

The main house is distributed over two floors. It has four double bedrooms. An additional double room can be set up on the main floor (under request)

The security deposit required is 2.500 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
