Can Vives is one of those properties in Sóller, located on a picturesque residential street, just a short walk from the main square. Sóller is a place full of beauty and tradition. The main square, Plaza de la Constitución, is the heart of Sóller. It is full of bars and cafes and there is a tram that connects Sóller with the port, very convenient if you don't want to drive. There is also a local market on Saturdays that is worth visiting. The village is located in the northwest of the island and is also the perfect place for hikers and Nordic Walking fans as the long-distance trail GR221, also known as the Ruta de Pedra en Sec. This 7-bedroom manor house from the century XVII is your ideal option if you plan to travel with your whole family or a large group of friends. It offers a combination of historical and contemporary style, tastefully decorated with a touch of modern art.
Inside it is brimming with beautifully preserve period details, such as original tiled floors, wooden doors and exposed beams, giving the property its genuinely authentic, homey charm. Its traditional layout means a high entrance flows directly through to a lovely rear courtyard garden with private pool. It is a very cozy house, it has several living rooms to relax, a fully equipped industrial kitchen and seven double bedrooms ensuite. If we had to choose just one word to describe Can Vives, it would be comfort.
