Description
The central area of Mallorca is one of the most beautiful and diverse regions, despite not having views of the sea and if you also want to enjoy authentic privacy and tranquility, Son Forat offers you an exceptional location. Surrounded by an immense land and just 500 meters from the center of Santa Margarita. It is a finca that has a unique personality and design that you will not find on the island, it combines rustic style finishes and modern decoration. All the rooms are spacious and have various areas to rest, enjoy the views or play sports in its indoor gym. The exterior is simply fascinating, it has a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi, an outdoor sauna, a chill out and dining area and an immense and well-kept garden. It consists of 4 double bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight people, although if you come with staff or have last minute guests, do not hesitate to tell us! Santa Margarita is a small rural town with an authentic Mediterranean spirit that suits those seeking a laid-back lifestyle. It has all the services for daily life.
A 20-minute drive away is also the famous tourist area of Can Picafort and the beach of Son Serra de Marina. There is a market that is held every Tuesday and Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. in the Plaza de la Vila. You will find fruit and vegetable stalls, typical products such as sobrasada and cured cheeses, flowers, clothes and shoes. The property is also available during the winter season, so if you are a nature lover and you want to enjoy authentic tranquility, stay in Son Forat!

The main house is distributed onto two floors.
- Bedroom 1: Twin bedrooms (2 singles) with en-suite bathroom (shower). Main floor
- Bedroom 2: Double bedroom (1.8m x 2m) with en-suite bathroom (shower). First floor
- Bedroom 3: Double bedroom (1.8m x 2m) shared bathroom with Jacuzzi with bedroom 4. First floor
- Bedroom 4:Double bedroom (1.8m x 2m) shared bathroom with Jacuzzi with bedroom 3. First floor
Relevant information
Check in - Check out:
The check in to the villa is between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. For all the arrivals between 8:00 pm and 00:00 pm there is a supplement (confirm price). The departure is before 10:00 am
Depósito Seguridad:
The security deposit required is 2.000 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
Cleaning service:
Final cleaning included. For extra cleaning required there is an additional cost of € 45/hour, minimum 2 hours
Linen and towel change:
Guests are provided with sheets and a double set of towels on arrival. Change of sheets and extra towels not included in the price (additional cost of € 250)
Ecotasa:
Ecotasa not included in the price - 2,00€ + VAT per person and per day (for a maximum of 9 days) not applicable to children under 16 years - Payment due on arrival
