The core of the town has two bars, a grocery store, a modest cultural center where theatrical performances are organised, a small park and a church. Es Cubells is one of those places on the island where time stands still and where you can enjoy the tranquility and peace of the environment. This same feeling is transmitted to The Villa. The property has a total of 277 m2. The living room is undoubtedly one of our favorite areas along with the terrace and the pool. It is a pleasure to go out on the terrace, enjoy beautiful evenings or simply contemplate the sea.
All rooms are spacious and bright, flooded with natural light and offer the perfect space to relax and unwind. It has four double bedrooms, with elegant high-quality interior design features, luxurious linens and carefully selected tasteful artwork. Each room has its own unique charm and character. Can Cubells will also captivate you with its spectacular gardens, where you can truly immerse yourself in the beauty of nature that surrounds you and enjoy the splendor of the gardens full of tropical plants, flowers and fragrant trees. You will love its infinity pool. Both this area and the terrace adjacent to the pool are surrounded by comfortable loungers and have a large dining table, creating an ideal outdoor entertaining space to enjoy meals with friends.

The main house is distributed over two floors.
- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, double bed (1.80cm), ensuite bathroom (bathtub), private terrace and beautiful views of the mountains and the sea
- Bedroom 2: Double (1.60 cm), separate bathroom (bathtub) shared with bedroom 3, desk, balcony, sea views
- Bedroom 3: Double (1.60cm), separate bathroom (bathtub) shared with bedroom 2, sea views with direct access to the pool area
- Bedroom 4: Double (1.80cm), with ensuite bathroom (shower), private terrace and sea views. It has direct access to the pool area
