Description
Enjoy an authentic stay at Can Maduixa, a beautiful Mallorcan traditional stone house with an idyllic location and incredible sea views. It is a beautiful villa that maintains its traditional essence and characteristic architectural details of the houses on the island such as its high ceilings, wooden beams and terracotta floors. Unbelievably tastefully furnished, high quality furniture and decorated with artwork from local artists. Its location just 15 minutes walk from the town of Deia, on the northwest coast of Mallorca, is one of the prettiest villages on the island. Perched in a ravine at the foot of the Teix mountain, with views out to the Mediterranean below, Deià has long been a magnet for famous artists, writers and other creative people – most notably the writer Robert Graves. As one of the highest populated zones of the Serra de Tramuntana, Deià is part of a landscape awarded World Heritage Site status for the way in which nature, culture and traditions triumphantly merge.
Distribution
The main house features three bedrooms ensuite and one guest toilet.
- Bedroom 1: king size bed, dressing room, ensuite bathroom shower and bathtub. Access to a terrace with sitting area and panoramic views of the sea
- Bedroom 2: double bed with satellite, ensuite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 3: double bed with satellite TV and DVD player. Ensuite bathroom with shower. Direct access to the pool.
