Description
Staying in an Ibizan house and enjoying views of the sea and its very special landscape is a true luxury. Although the truth is that Can Tiki is not just any “Ibicencan house”, but rather a designer villa with exquisite quality and a modern style with very original decorative details. But if there is something that we can highlight about this property in addition to its contemporary style, it is the natural environment that surrounds it and its privileged location, especially if you are one of those who want to be one step away from the city while enjoying the tranquility of the island.
The distribution of the villa is ideal to enjoy a vacation with your loved ones and at the same time enjoy some privacy. The exterior of the property is the perfect environment to enjoy the famous Ibizan climate. It has a large wooden terrace, a private pool equipped with sun loungers and a Balinese hammock. In addition, it has a rest area away from the house, ideal to relax, disconnect and enjoy the incredible views (this is without a doubt our favorite part of the villa!).
Best of all, within a very short distance you will be able to visit some of the most popular beaches such as Talamanca beach, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Ibiza. It is a small private paradise with a white area and crystalline waters that make it excellent for a safe bath or water sports. Ibiza Old Town is only a 20 minute drive away for those looking to experience the world renowned nightlife. The Casino de Ibiza, Lio, Roto Club are just some of the places that we recommend and that you should not miss!
Distribution
The main house is distributed over three floors. The master bedroom is located in the upper level. The other 4 rooms are distribuited among the middle and down level.
- Bedroom 1: spacious master bedroom located on the upper level feauturing an en-suite bathroom, a private living area, and large windows overlooking one most beautiful views in Ibiza.
- Bedroom 2: double double twin bed wich is possible to join if necessary. En suite bathroom
- Bedroom 3: double bedroom with en suite bathroom
- Bedroom 4: double bedroom. Shared bathroom with bedroom 5
- Bedroom 5: double bedroom. Shared bathroom with bedroom 4
Relevant information
Check in - Check out:
The check in to the villa is from 4:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am
Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 3.000 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
Cleaning service:
Cleaning service, change of sheets and towels twice a week. Additional supplement of 400 Euros.
Ecotax:
Ecotax not included.
Minimum stay:
Stays of at least 5 nights are accepted during low and mid season. Please confirm additional supplement
