If you are looking for a house in Deià, within walking distance of all amenities and with an unbeatable sea view, look no further! Can Windo is located in the residential area of S’Empeltada, just 10/15 minutes walk from the center of Deià, where we recommend you to walk, lose yourself in its streets and enjoy its gastronomy. Cala Deia, is a small pebble beach located ten minutes away by car.
Can Windo is the ideal house if you want to enjoy your vacation in a quiet and private place. It is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, offering the perfect combination of traditional Mediterranean living with all the comforts of modern life. It has space for a large group of friends or family, since it has capacity for ten people. The main house consists of four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is also a very spacious independent house / studio, with a double bedroom, bathroom, living room and terrace. The exterior is an authentic oasis, it offers several terraces with different orientation so that you can enjoy at any time of the day, as well as a private pool that can also be heated during the winter months, making it ideal to enjoy at any time of the year. You have the possibility to only rent the main house out of season at a lower price.
Distribution
The main house is distributed over three floors. There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor and the master bedroom on the first floor with access to a large terrace with unbeatable views. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

- Bedroom 2: double four-poster bed, en-suite bathroom. Low level
- Bedroom 3: double bed, shared bathroom with bedroom 4. Low level
- Bedroom 4: double bed, shared bathroom with bedroom 3. Low level
- Bedroom 5: (located in a separated annex) with independent access. It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, (shower), living room with two single sofa beds (only available for children with extra charge), TV, and access to the terrace
