Description
La Casita de Puerto is a very special, beautiful and charming property. As its name suggests, the house is located in a short distance from a beautiful coastal town, nestled in the northwest of Mallorca, which has become very popular because of its historic tram, its protected port located in a large bay. and the beautiful landscape that surrounds this area. Port de Sóller is surrounded by the imposing mountains of the Tramuntana, and its location makes this place an enclave worth seeing. It is also an ideal place to taste fish and seafood and has all kinds of facilities, restaurants, bars and shops. The port is the perfect starting point for an excursion by yacht or sailboat to nearby coves such as Sa Calobra, famous for being one of the chosen locations for filming.
On the other side of the port and going up the winding road that goes up the mountain is the residential area La Muleta. Located in the upper area of the hill, this urbanization offers great privacy and contact with nature, where the Casita de Puerto is located. On the upper floor, you will find a beautiful living room with sliding windows from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea. Next to the living room is the kitchen, fully equipped and from where you can access a beautiful terrace and barbecue area - you cannot imagine how much you can get to enjoy this area - The lower floor has three double bedrooms, all with sea views !!
Distribution
The main house is distributed over three floors. The three bedrooms are located in the lower floor. One room has an extra bed if needed.
- Bedroom 1: double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath, large walk in shower with power shower, WC and large basin. Lower floor
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, spacious bathroom outside of the room with a very large walk in shower with power shower, WC and large washbasin. Lower floor
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, spacious bathroom outside of the room with a very large walk in shower with power shower, WC and large washbasin. Lower floor

The check in to the villa is from 4:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am
Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 500 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
