Es Racó offers you the opportunity to enjoy a different vacation in one of the most authentic areas of the island, which maintains its charm prior to the tourist boom, becoming a unique place on an island of growing development. Spacious and luxurious, this property offers you a lot of privacy and is really comfortable and perfect if you are looking for a place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. The villa has been recently built following the traditional style and using local materials. It consists of two floors with four bedrooms with bathrooms and an elegant and simple decoration. You will be impressed by its immense garden, which in addition to impeccable care and maintenance, has a private pool (10m x 3.1m) and an outdoor dining room with a barbecue where you will want to spend most of the day. Es Racó is one of those villas that give off a feeling of home that you will never want to leave.
From the house you can enjoy a nice walk to Selva, which is about 15 minutes walk from the villa. The traditional buildings and the narrow streets offer an atmosphere that will take you back in time. Every Wednesday from 08:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. the weekly market is held in Plaça Major. You will find all kinds of fresh products, flowers and a wide range of garments and artisan products. In addition, being located so close to the Serra de Tramuntana, Selva is the ideal place for those who, on foot or by bicycle, want to discover the northern part of the mountain range.
Distribution
The main house is distributed over two floors. Each bedroom includes two twin beds that are convertible into a king, an en-suite bathroom, a jetted tub, a walk-in closet and a private terrace.
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (0.90cm) that can be joined into a king bed, TV, dressing room and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Access to the terrace and the garden
- Bedroom 2: master bedroom with two single beds (0.9mx 1m) that can be joined into a King bed, a sofa that can be used as an extra bed, TV, dressing room and bathroom. - Full bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. Access to a private terrace.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (0.9mx 1m) that can be joined into a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Access to a private terrace.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (0.9mx 1m) that can be joined into a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Access to a private terrace.
