Description
Alexandre Dumas, Ernest Hemingway, Orson Welles and many other artists have described, in their works or writings, the strong sensations provoked by their discovery of the town of Ronda, in Spain. The highly unusual geography of this Andalusian city, split in two by the Rio Guadalevin precipice, can leave no one untouched. Weighty with a complex history rich in numerous influences, the town and its well-preserved surroundings are also highly picturesque. Here, things are like nowhere else; everything is strangely poetic, dreamlike, almost supernatural. A few kilometres from the historic centre, in countryside far from crowds and urban bustle, Finca Rosalejo is a peaceful and serene place to retreat, an ideal pied-à-terre for this part of the Marbella hinterland. Located at the heart of deliciously hilly countryside, Finca Rosalejo is a sumptuous farmhouse, entirely restored and transformed into a luxury residence. Rustic in appearance, it reveals its highly elegant architectural composition as soon as you enter, with multiple volumes dialoguing and playing with one another. Turrets, chapels and apses thus cohabit under the typical Andalusian roof tiles, creating a play of contrasting light and shadow, highlighted by the building’s sparkling white coating.
The villa hides a beautiful French-style garden and pleasant terraces, a barbecue area and a large private pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. If you are traveling with children, you will be delighted to know that the Finca has a children's play area with a bouncy castle, as well as other entertainment options (quads, horses, bicycles...). The Finca is made up of a main house with 6 double bedrooms and an adjoining house where there is another double bedroom. In total it has 7 bedrooms and capacity to accommodate up to 14 people. The ground floor is divided by a huge sliding door, allowing the flexibility to choose the space configuration. The dining area stands out especially thanks to its blue walls and its floor of traditional hydraulic tiles. There is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a very cozy library-living room with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing while enjoying a good read. The cinema room and private sauna add a touch of luxury, for children and adults alike. Without a doubt, this is the ideal place if you want to enjoy a stay in contact with nature and disconnect from a stressful routine.

The main house is distributed over two floors. There are a total of six suites all with their own bathroom and a separate annex with a double bedroom. The property has additional extra beds for staff (check this option).
