It is a unique and very exclusive place, with an area of 130 hectares in one of the natural complexes with the greatest landscape value on the Island. Once you enter the interior of the property, you realize how special it is. It includes relaxation areas that you will love: its wonderful library with its huge window overlooking the bay of Alcudía or the music room with its majestic grand piano. You like sports? Then you will be delighted to know that the finca has sports areas such as a soccer field and a tennis court. Its 8 suites have their own living room, fireplace and terrace, spacious and comfortable bedrooms so you can relax as you deserve. The bathrooms have a bathtub and are decorated with care and wooden touches that give warmth to the environment. The villa can host up to 18 people and is ideal if you are looking for a large property with privacy, spacious and equipped outdoor areas, all the luxuries you want inside the house and very close to the coast.
Only 4 km away you will find beaches that are accessed by dry stone paths. The virgin beaches of the area, with white sand and turquoise waters, form large sandy areas that extend into large pine forests. Distribution
The main house is distributed over three floors.
- Bedroom 1: Suite S’alcoba (50 m²). Double bed, bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, heating, hall with fireplace.
- Bedroom 2: Suite Ferrutx (36 m and terrace 50 m). Two single beds (or a double bed), bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, heating, living room with fireplace, terrace.
- Bedroom 3: Suite Tomir (36 m and terrace 50 m). Double bed (or two single beds), bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, heating, hall with fireplace, terrace.
- Bedroom 4: Suite Sa Torre (70 m). Two single beds (or a double bed), bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, heating, living room with fireplace, lounge. This Suite consists of 3 levels. The first level houses the bathroom and the living room. A staircase leads to the second and third level with bedrooms. It offers spectacular views and allows occupancy of maximum of four people.
- Bedroom 5: Suite Sa llotja (70 m2). Double bed with canopy, bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, heating, hall with fireplace, a covered terrace.
- Bedroom 6: Suite Figueral (35 m and terrace 30 m). Two single beds (or a double bed), bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, heating, living room with fireplace, terrace.
- Bedroom 7: Suite Safareig (40 m ). Double Bed, bathroom with a bathtub, air conditioning, heating.
- Bedroom 8: Suite S’Era (42 m and terrace 55 m). Two single beds (or a double bed), bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, heating, living room with fireplace, terrace.

The security deposit required is 4.000 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
