Description
Located on the edge of the sea, it has spectacular views from which to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets located in the idyllic town of Comillas. La Lonja is the ideal option if you are looking for a place to enjoy the sea and at the same time be a five-minute walk from the historic center of the city and the beach. Comillas is undoubtedly one of the most outstanding towns on the Cantabrian coast. In its cobbled streets and in its squares there are manor houses, and towers and buildings with a modernist air and "El Capricho", a construction by Antoni Gaudí, with its unmistakable portico and ceramic decorations on its walls. Comillas has fine sandy beaches, ideal for practicing water sports such as scuba diving, sailing, drifter regattas, and windsurfing. Next to the beach is the Oyambre Natural Park, a wide coastal strip with dunes, cliffs, marshes and an estuary, of great ornithological importance.
The villa (430 m2) has a fabulous pool over the sea as well as barbecue and chill out areas in the garden. The plot offers 3700 m2 has complete privacy and intimacy. The house is distributed over three floors and has a total of 6 bedrooms and the capacity to accommodate up to 32 people. All the rooms enjoy natural light and are really cosy.
