Nestled in the Oyambre Natural Park, with private access to the beach and located in a unique environment with spectacular views of the Cantabrian Sea and the Picos de Europa, it is the ideal place to explore and get to know the North of Spain, a region that is undoubtedly one of the few that maintains its essence and authenticity and where, in addition to eating well, you will be delighted with the local people.
The house (140 m2) is distributed over two floors and equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect stay. With a very cozy design, it is one of those places where you will want time to stop. It has four bedrooms and capacity to accommodate up to 8 people. Whether you are thinking of making a perfect getaway with friends or if you come as a family with children - the house has a park for the youngest members of the family - If you are thinking of coming with a large group and need more space and privacy, a few meters away there is another private home that can be rented together with Casa El Rumor (contact us to know more about this option).
Very close to the villa, you can visit some towns such as San Vicente de la Barquera or Comillas that, in addition to being beautiful towns, you can enjoy a wide gastronomic offer and end with a swim in the incredible beaches of the area. Have we convinced you?
Distribution
The main house is distributed over two floors. Access to the upper floor is through internal and external stairs directly from the street.
- Bedroom 1: two separate single beds with en-suite bathroom with shower. Main floor
- Bedroom 2: 2-bed bunk bed with en-suite bathroom with shower. Main floor
- Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. top floor
- Bedroom 4: two single beds, en-suite bathroom with bathtub. top floor

The check in to the villa is from 4:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am
Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 900 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
Cleaning service:
Final cleaning included. Possibility of contracting extra cleaning - minimum 3 hours (confirm price)
Minimum stay:
Stays of 1 night is accepted (except July & August - minimum 7 days).
