This exclusive property enjoys a unique location, in a quiet and residential area close to many of the island's attractions and just 250 meters from the sea. This is undoubtedly one of the most demanded and sought-after areas of the island, famous for hosting golden sand beaches, crystal clear waters and spectacular rock formations. In addition, the area is not only famous for its beaches, but also for its Ibizan sunsets that we can enjoy in places like the Sunset Ashram club, where you can watch the sunset in a fantastic atmosphere that mixes views, music and gastronomy, or other places such as El chiringuito de cala Escondida or Elixir.
But the best thing about Sa Codola is not only its location. This contemporary style villa has modern exteriors designed to offer a unique experience. It has an impressive infinity pool covered in black tile that provides an elegant design and a natural effect. But if you want to enjoy a spectacular view, there is a hammock area, where the feeling of floating in the water falls short of words. Outside dining area and several terraces to relax. The villa has the capacity to accommodate up to twelve people and offers a lot of privacy between guests. Sa Codola is part of our winter collection, as it is perfectly equipped for winter - the fireplace in the living room and the sea in the background is an experience that you have to live.
Distribution
The Villa has a total of 6 bedrooms. 4 bedrooms are located in the main house. There is a separate annex with two bedrooms and indepentent entrance.
- Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is spacious and located on the first floor with a spectacular view to the sea and Es Vedrà. It has a free standing bath tub, a walk in shower, lots of storage and a separate toilet
- Bedroom 2: Guest room located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool terrace with views to the sea and Es Vedra. It has an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: Guest room located next to bedroom 2 and is facing the garden. It is spacious and has a large bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 4:Guest room is located closest to the kitchen and the living room.This room also has a spacious bathroom
- Bedroom 5: (Annex with independent entrance), double guest room located in the guest house with shared bathroom
- Bedroom 6: (Annex with independent entrance), double guest room located in the guest house with shared bathroom

The security deposit varies depending on the length of stay. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa.
