Description
Describing Sa Figuera only with words is not an easy task. It is an immense finca renovated with incredible taste, which leaves you speechless from the moment you walk through the door. The architectural perfection, simplicity and exquisiteness with which it is designed is simply inimitable. It is the ideal place if you want to enjoy authentic tranquility and nature, it is located on a large plot surrounded by vegetation, native plants and fruit trees.
The Villa is very close from Puerto de Sóller, famous for its historic tram and a must-see coastal area. It is perfect for families or large groups, as it has six large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There is the possibility of separating two of the bedrooms to create a loft with its own kitchen. Many Mallorcan possessions, especially those of the Tramuntana mountains, such as Sa Figuera, have their own "tafona" (the place where the olive press was made for the production of oil) that remains intact despite the passing of the years. From the taphona there is access to a seventh bedroom that is available on request. Outside, a large covered designer terrace is striking, from where you access the pool (10m x 5m). If you are thinking of traveling during the winter you will be delighted to know that the pool can be heated by solar energy.
Distribution
The main house is distributed over three floors. There is a total of 6 bedrooms all en suite.
- Bedroom 1: four poster double bed (1.70mx 1.90m), en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Elevated ground floor
- Bedroom 2: double bed (1.50 mx 1.90 m), en suite bathroom with shower. First floor
- Bedroom 3: four poster double bed (1.70mx 1.90m), en-suite bathroom with shower. First floor
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (0.9 mx 1.90 m), en suite bathroom with shower, access to the garden and pool area via wheelchair ramp. First floor
- Bedroom 5: double bed (1.60 mx 1.90 m), en-suite bathroom with shower. Second floor
- Bedroom 6: double bed (1.60 mx 1.90 m), en-suite bathroom with shower. Second floor

The check in to the villa is from 4:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am
Security deposit:
The security deposit varies depending on the length of stay. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
