Description
Sa Tanqueta is an inspired synthesis of informal elegance and romantic seclusion from where you will be able to enjoy impressive panoramic views of the mountain and the beautiful town of Deià, located in the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site, with views of the Mediterranean. The views of the sea and the mountains are equally impressive, especially during sunrise or when the sun goes down in the late afternoon. The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just above the famous La Residencia hotel, hidden from tourists and traffic and just a few minutes' walk from the town center. It is the ideal refuge if you want to enjoy a vacation without using a vehicle.
The property combines the best of Mallorcan tradition and luxury and is incredibly tastefully furnished with old and new handcrafted furniture, as well as comfortable armchairs and sofas and a variety of original works of art. The interior of the house is spacious and very bright. The care and attention to detail is also evident on the exterior of the property, a place where we have no doubt that you will want to spend much of your time, it has a swimming pool and a beautiful, very private garden with palm trees, olive trees, citrus fruits. and cypresses, bougainvilleas and vines.
Distribution
The main house is distributed over several floors. Upstairs there are 4 ensuite bedrooms, all with Air Conditioning & fans. All these bathrooms feature beautiful Venetian plaster.
- Bedroom 1: master bedroom with views of Deia village and sea, king size four-poster bed with en-suite Jacuzzi bath and terrace.
- Bedroom 2: double bedroom with views of Deia village, king-size bed (or two singles) with en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: two single beds, with en-suite bathroom with shower room
- Bedroom 4: king-size four poster bed , with a raised study area with broadband connection and its own private garden. Located in a wing which has its own entrance from the courtyard up a stone stair, which makes it independent from the rest of the house if one wishes.
