Description
Sa Terra is part of the Son Bunyola complex, a large estate that includes three luxury villas, Sa Terra, Sa Punta and Son Coll in the middle of 680 acres of breathtaking scenery. Each of the properties has its own unique and exclusive style and character, as well as privacy. They can be rented separately or if you are thinking of traveling with a large group, you can rent the three properties exclusively offering up to 12 bedrooms. Sa Terra is a traditional Mallorcan-style property completely renovated that has all the comforts you can expect from a luxury property. The views are simply breathtaking. Central to the estate is a large historic manor house, or ‘finca’, dating from the mid 1200s.
This building is currently unused, forming an incredible centrepiece to the dramatic scenery. Terracing surrounds the manor house with vines, citrus fruit trees, almonds and hundreds of olive trees. We recommend renting a car so that you can explore the area. The traditional Mallorcan towns of Banyalbufar and Esporles are just a few kilometers away, and offer a variety of restaurants, tapas bars that you cannot miss. From the house there is a path that goes directly to a pebble beach located a 20 min walk. Sa Terra Rotja also has a private heated swimming pool and a tennis court that shares with Sa Punta.

The main house is distributed over two floors
- Bedroom 1: double bed (1.80 cm) / or 2 single beds, fireplace, private balcony with views of the sea and the pool, desk, en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. First floor.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (1.80 cm) / or 2 single beds, private terrace overlooking the garden, desk, en suite bathroom with shower. First floor
- Bedroom 3: double bed (1.80 cm) / or 2 single beds, private terrace with sea views, living room with sofa bed, desk, private bathroom with shower. Low level
- Bedroom 4: double bed (1.80 cm) / or 2 single beds, private terrace, desk, en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. Low level

The security deposit varies depending on the length of stay. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
