The main house is spread over two floors. Upon entering, you will be amazed by its magnificent high ceilings and the luxury of details. On the ground floor there is a beautiful living room with dining room and direct access to the pool. An office area and a really cozy and ideal space for lovers of reading. The kitchen, next to the dining room, is equipped with everything you need to enjoy delicious meals. On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. If you plan to have guests, you will be delighted to know that the villa has two double bedrooms with independent entrance from the outside. But if there is something that stands out in Ses Olivers and where you are going to enjoy most of the time it is outside space, presided over by a beautiful infinity design pool with sea views that will hypnotize you. Its chill out area is like an Ibizan postcard; hammocks, white beds by the pool, a shaded porch facing the Mediterranean, designer sofas and even a swing. Without a doubt, this is one of the most beautiful villas in Ibiza where you can spend a romantic vacation and ideal for small groups.
Distribution
The main house is spread over two floors. There are three double bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms located outside with a separate entrance ideal if you have guests. There is a staff bedroom with a single bed.
- Bedroom 1: master bedroom, with large double bed, flat screen TV with surround sound, air conditioning and access to a private terrace with views of the sea. First floor
- Bedroom 2: double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower. First floor
- Bedroom 3: two x single beds, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower. First floor
- Bedroom 4: guest bedroom with independent access from the outside. Spacious with double bed, high ceilings, en suite bathroom and dressing room
- Bedroom 5: guest bedroom with independent access from the outside. Double bed and en suite bathroom

Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 5.000 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
