This house and the village are truly a piece of heaven. Son Balitx is one of those properties that you will fall in love with as soon as you walk through the door. It is a large property where every detail is designed and carefully arranged respecting its heritage and original style. The location is absolutely incredible, located on a small street near the center of the town of Fornalutx, one of those places that you cannot stop photographing, because wherever you look you can only see a place with a lot of charm. Fornalutx is an authentic mountain town that is located at the top of the Serra de Tramuntana, above the Sóller valley. It is often referred to as 'the most beautiful town in Spain' and is made up of stone farms and buildings, whose red roofs combine perfectly with the aroma from the surrounding orange and lemon groves, giving it a rustic charm. This impressive and grandiose house dates from the XI century, it has been recently renovated in 2019, respecting the original characteristics of the house.
This 660-square-meter historic residence has everything you need to ensure an incredible vacation. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen with an american bar from where you can access the outside; A main dining room and a living room with designer furniture and very comfortable sofas. This room also houses a recently tuned piano and a working fireplace that makes it the perfect place for entertaining. A total of five double bedrooms and the possibility of adding an extra bed to comfortably accommodate ten/twelve people. Don't think about it too much and discover this magnificent place that will leave you speechless!
Distribution
The main house is distributed over four floors.
- Bedroom 1: romantic green bedroom with a double bed in front of a french balcony and with an en suite bathroom with green marble floor and a shower. First Floor
- Bedroom 2: double bed, several cupboards and an ensuite bathroom (shower). Second floor
- Bedroom 3: master bedroom suite is located in another half storey up and boasts a french balcony with magnificent views, a double bed and a fireplace. In the adjacent hall there is also place for an extra bed. Perfect for a small family or for accommodating an extra friend. The en suite bathroom is accessed by a small stair case and has a free standing bath tub and a shower. Half storey up
- Bedroom 4: double bed with ensuite bathroom (shower).
- Bedroom 5: double bed with ensuite bathroom (shower) and sofa bed that fits two persons.
