Description
We love Menorca and we really enjoy finding this type of oasis of tranquility, which in addition to its privileged location, has a unique design that is fused with the landscape. Son Bou is a very special place. It is located on the outskirts of Alaior, a nice and quiet Menorcan town where you can walk. If you don't mind getting up early, we recommend you enjoy a walk first thing in the morning and surprise the rest of your family with fresh "ensaimadas" from the village bakery. Its location in the center of the island is ideal for accessing both the northern and southern beaches. The closest beach is Son Bou, just 12 minutes away by car and in just 15 minutes you will reach the beautiful beach of Es Migjorn.
The house is located on 8,500 m2 of Mediterranean landscape, native vegetation and fruit trees that give off an exquisite aroma. It has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, kitchen - dining room, and a courtesy toilet. The exterior is simply impressive, a well-kept garden as well as authentic. Bathing in the pool or enjoying a good wine on the terrace while you are surrounded by such nature is priceless. There are few places as authentic as this. It has an old cistern that has been converted into a beautiful pool so you can enjoy a bath on the hottest days, especially in the months of June and August. It has a parking area and easy access. The main house is distributed over three floors.
- Bedroom 1: double bed with en suite bathroom (shower). First floor
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (can be joined into one bed) access to shared family bathroom (bathtub). First floor
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (can be joined into a single bed) access to shared family bathroom (bathtub). First floor
- Bedroom 4: double bed with en suite bathroom and independent access from the outside. Second floor
