Situated in a remote place in the northwest of the island and undoubtedly one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca, you will find Villa Son Coll, a beautiful finca located on a plot of 680 hectares of impressive landscape with incredible views. It is a luxurious property that preserves valuable historical elements such as its slotted windows that would have been used as observation points to warn of possible attacks, or its original tower dating from the 13th century. The patio in the center of the house is the perfect place to enjoy and relax, there are several ideal places to rest, enjoy the silence and tranquility of the place. And if you are wondering if the villa offers views of the sea, the answer is definitely yes, they are not just any views, they are simply spectacular. It has 4 rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. If you are one of those people who would like to recreate one of those medieval films but with a contemporary touch, we recommend you to stay in the bedroom located in the Tower, it has a curved staircase that leads to a beautiful living room on the first floor, and continuing to the upper level is the bedroom, you are going to love it!
Son Coll is part of the Son Bunyola complex, a large estate that includes three luxury villas, Sa Terra, Sa Punta and Son Coll in the middle of 680 acres of breathtaking scenery. Each of the properties has its own unique and exclusive style and character, and they offer a lots of privacy. They can be rented separately or if you are thinking of traveling with a large group, you can rent the three exclusive properties that offer up to 12 bedrooms (ask us about this option to give you all the information).
Distribution
The main house is distributed over three floors.
- Bedroom 1: 18.5m² bedroom with double bed (1.80 cm), en-suite bathroom. Low level
- Bedroom 2: 8.5m² bedroom with two beds, shower en suite and a small living room with a desk. Main floor
- Bedroom 3: 21.7m² master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, and private sitting room. Top floor
- Bedroom 4: 15.8m² en-suite bedroom, with four poster bed, located in the old tower and with beautiful views of the courtyard
