Description
Located in the heart of Deià, Son Lan is a property where you will enjoy authentic privacy and panoramic views of the town and the mountains.
The villa is part of a group of houses considered part of Deià's oldest heritage. One of the characteristics that differentiates it from the rest of the properties is its location, since the original houses were built in the mountains, far from the sea with a private access and unbeatable views. The property has been renovated and equipped so that you can enjoy a perfect vacation. The kitchen also has the peculiarity of including an indoor barbecue. The living room is very cozy - especially during the winter with its fireplace and comfortable sofas you won't want to leave. It is distributed over two floors and a tower. It consists of three double bedrooms and capacity to accommodate six people.
Deià is the place of refuge and inspiration for all kinds of artists thanks to its pleasant character, its quietness and its unbeatable location overlooking the Mediterranean, it is undoubtedly one of the most charming towns in Mallorca. As one of the highest populated zones of the Serra de Tramuntana, Deià is part of a landscape awarded World Heritage Site status for the way in which nature, culture and traditions triumphantly merge.
Distribution
The house is spread over several floors. Two of the bedrooms are on the upper floor and the third bedroom in a tower. The family bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet. There is a toilet on the ground floor.

- Bedroom 3: with king bed (1.80 cm) located in the tower. Large airy room with 4 shuttered windows and mountain views
